Rent must be paid in-full prior to occupancy. An electric deposit of $150 is required for monthly rates.
Cancellations may be made up to seven (7) days before reservation date. No refunds for cancellations made within seven (7) days of scheduled check-in date (14 days for holidays). Please contact park for cancellation.
For monthly guest, all payments are due on or before the last day of the current month. Your second month will be prorated and due on the last day of your first month.
